Welcome to ArchVizAtlas ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing or using ArchVizAtlas (the "Site" or "Platform"), you ("you," "User," "Studio," or "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Description of Services

ArchVizAtlas provides a curated online platform for discovering and showcasing architectural visualization studios ("Studios") to potential clients ("Clients"). ArchVizAtlas itself does not create visualization work, act as a hiring agent, or guarantee project outcomes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using ArchVizAtlas, you represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

3. Accounts and User Responsibilities

Users may be required to create an account to access certain features.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to: spamming, posting false or misleading information, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
• Studios are solely responsible for ensuring that their portfolios, descriptions, and pricing accurately represent their services.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• ArchVizAtlas offers free and paid subscription tiers for Studios.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) unless canceled.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

• Studios retain ownership of all content they upload (images, text, portfolios, etc.).
• By submitting content, you grant ArchVizAtlas a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote the content on the Platform and in related marketing.
• ArchVizAtlas owns all rights to its branding, trademarks, website design, and platform features.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. ArchVizAtlas is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

7. Disclaimers

• The Platform and its services are provided "as is" and "as available."
• ArchVizAtlas makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of studio listings, availability of services, or quality of work.
• ArchVizAtlas is not a party to agreements between Studios and Clients and has no liability for disputes, damages, or losses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArchVizAtlas and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

9. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms or for other conduct we deem harmful to the Platform.
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting support or using available account settings.

10. Privacy

Your use of ArchVizAtlas is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
